Shanece has already built a strong reputation in the world of dog training and dog behaviour development.
Starting her journey as a young apprentice, Shanece quickly stood out for her determination and an undeniable gift for understanding dogs. What began as a simple love for animals soon evolved into a lifelong purpose, dedicating her career to improving the lives of dogs through training, education, and empathy.
With a natural intuition for animal behaviour, Shanece has successfully trained and rehabilitated hundreds of dogs, led basic obedience classes, retrieval classes, and scent work classes, and worked within the gun-dog community.
She is a qualified Basic Obedience Trainer and Scent Work Trainer. As a puppy development specialist, Shanece possesses the rare ability to nurture instinct, build early confidence, and shape each puppy’s foundation for success, whether destined for a loving family home or a specialised working role.
Her true talent lies in transforming fearful, anxious, and misunderstood dogs and guiding them with patience, gentleness to rediscover trust, confidence, and purpose. She is known for her ability to connect deeply with dogs whom others may have given up on already. Driven by compassion and guided by experience.

From a young age, Kyra Burnett has shared a deep and lasting bond with dogs, a connection built on love, patience, and soft understanding.
Having spent her life working with dogs across every aspect of care. Through training and daycare to boarding and grooming, Kyra has turned her lifelong passion into a mission to create something truly special.
Pawtropolis was born not only from her love for animals but also as a tribute to the dogs she’s loved and lost. Each space, service, and experience is inspired by their memory in her heart, a promise to continue giving other dogs the life, joy, and care they each deserve.
With years of hands-on experience and an unwavering commitment to animal wellbeing, Kyra has built Pawtropolis to be a safe, happy, and enriching space where dogs can learn, play, and thrive.
